¡hola! Meet our Chef

My name is Maria de Medeiros. Born and raised in Sevilla, a beautiful city in the south of Spain, I took my first culinary engagement in the famous The Restaurant as a pastry chef. I opened my first own restaurant two years later.

In 2016 I moved to Paris and opened my new tapas bar Foodlab. A space where you eat, you talk, you share, you take your time and enjoy your life.

We support the sustainable local organic food production. All our meals are home made. We use organic vegetables and fruits delivered uniquely by small local producers – many of them became our friends.
